What are your hours?
Our hours are 9 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday.
Are telehealth and in-person session options being offered?
At this time, both in-person sessions and telehealth options are being offered.
What is the cost of a session with insurance?
Currently, we are accepting Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum and United Healthcare members for insurance billing which varies based on your insurance plan and deductible.
Please contact us so that we can verify your insurance benefits.
What if I am not using insurance?
The cost per session for cash pay clients is $120. Please contact for details.
How do I set up an appointment?

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask that if you are going to cancel that you do so within 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of your missed session.
What age ranges do you work with?
We work with ages 5 and up.
What modalities do you use?
We use a variety of modalities, including CBT (Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), and Motivational Interviewing.
